Sheryl is an American actor, comedian, TV host, and most famous for her hosting of the popular daytime chat show The Talk. Sheryl Underwood, born in Arkansas, was raised in the area of Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl has a turbulent family. Sheryl spent most of her youth caring for her sister Frankie, who had polio. While she was growing older, there were many arguments with her mum. Sheryl claims that her mom had a time when she stabbed her father because he was too close. Sheryl when she graduated from college, joined the army. However, her love for comedy was always there. She became the first woman to be a finalist in the contest Miller Lite Comedy Search held in 1989. She began her TV career as regularly performing at the HBO Comedy Show Def Comedy Jam in 1992. She was the host of the TV show Oh Drama! in 2000. Since 2011, she has been being a co-host for The Talk, a talk show. The Talk. Also, she appears in fictional roles in popular shows such as Bulworth, Nikki or Beauty Shop.
