Sheryl Underwood is an American comedian, TV host and performer most well-known for her role as host of The Talk, a popular talk show on daytime. The Talk. Sheryl was lived within Little Rock. Sheryl comes from the same family which has experienced numerous issues. Sheryl was raised by her sister Frankie. Frankie had suffered with her own illness called Polio. She was in problems with her mother as she was growing up. Sheryl says that her mother had a time when she stabbed her father for getting too close. Sheryl was a soldier after she graduated from the college. However, her interests lay in comedy. She was chosen as the first woman to be a finalist of the Miller Lite Comedy Search, held in 1989. Her TV career started in 1992 when she was a guest actor on the HBO comedy series Def Comedy Jam. She hosted a show on television at the time of her debut on Oh Drama! Since 2011 she has been being a co-host for the talk show The Talk. Additionally, she's played fictional roles in series such as Bulworth Nikki, and Beauty Shop.
