Andrea Elson
Andrea Hope Elson has been an American actor for several years. Elson's professional career started out as a child actor and model. She is famous for her character Alice Tyler in CBS science fiction. Andrea auditioned for and was awarded the part as Lynn Tanner of the ALF successful series (1986). She worked on many popular TV shows in addition to Movies of the Weekly for numerous years after which she left the industry to spend time with her family. Andrea Elson's character, Lynn Tanner, Willie and Kate Tanner's teen daughter was difficult for her. People magazine published a retrospective of Elson's career in the year 2000. Elson commented that being a teenager who was in the limelight wasn't easy. When she was in New York City in 1969, Elson grew into a world that revolved around travel because her advertising father was a salesman who traveled. By the time she was 10-years-old Andrea had been to New York Chicago San Diego Los Angeles. Andrea was able to win her first performance in San Diego after she got an agent. Fusco supported the idea by saying, "ALF can drink beer since he's older than 285." In the years when ALF became becoming more famous, NBC said that Fusco could no longer have ALF drinking alcohol before the children. This was not a good character of a model. Even though Fusco believed that ALF was an adult he could do the same thing with drinking ... Death. In 1995, he was diagnosed with lymphoma. It was treated successfully and his cancer was in remission until the year 2019. The Lillian Booth Actors Home of Englewood in New Jersey, on June 26, 2019, he passed away of this illness at the age of 75.
