Anna Silk was the first daughter of Peter Silk (an academic) and Ilkay Silk (a writer, actor, director, producer and professor at St. Thomas University). Anna Silk was the daughter of a British father and an English-Turkish Cypriot mother. As a child, she was featured in a variety of commercials.
